Each time I need to call someone and ask how to do this or that steals valuable time from my work day. Thank you for having this class. It is just what I am looking for.

I am amazed at all the things that Outlook can do for me. When you learn something on your own you tend to learn only the bare bones and don't get an opportunity to immerse yourself and really be able to use it to its fullest. I am also very glad I took this course, and will recommend it to others.
